PIPEDA Compliance & Data Sovereignty

At CustomX Predictive, we recognize that data is the lifeblood of Canadian enterprise. Our operations are strictly aligned with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We prioritize data residency, ensuring that predictive modeling for Canadian firms remains within domestic jurisdiction unless otherwise mandated by specific client-driven architectural requirements.

Client Data Isolation

CustomX utilizes physically and logically separated environments for every enterprise engagement. We never aggregate datasets across different clients to train baseline models without explicit, written consent. Your competitive advantage remains contained within your private algorithmic silo.

Pseudonymization

Data features are stripped of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before entering our tensor processing pipelines.

Ethics Audit

"Auditability is not a feature; it is the foundation of every predictive output we generate."

01. Collection Protocols

CustomX Predictive collects information necessary to execute high-fidelity consulting and predictive modeling. This includes:

  • /01 Operational Metadata: Log files, shipment histories, and transaction volumes required for supply chain optimization.
  • /02 Contact Information: Identification as provided via our inquiry forms, specifically intended for business-to-business consultation.
  • /03 Technological Identifiers: IP addresses and browser configurations used to ensure session security on our platform.

02. Algorithmic Usage

Personal data is never the primary driver of our predictive logic. Our models focus on pattern recognition within industrial frameworks. Any personal data included in a dataset is processed under strict non-disclosure ethics and is never shared with third-party advertising networks or external data brokers.

We maintain rigorous standards against model drift and bias, conducting regular parity audits to ensure the predictive outputs provided to our clients are as fair as they are accurate.

03. Technical Security

Security is the prerequisite for all model deployment. We utilize:

  • AES-256 Encryption at Rest
  • TLS 1.3 Encryption in Transit
  • Localized Canadian Data Clusters
  • Multi-Factor internal Access Controls
